Senior Class Gift Campaign

Every year, thousands of donors contribute to Lawrence Technological University to support academic departments, scholarships, technology and facility upgrades, and more. These gifts touch every part of campus and have helped to shape your Blue Devil experience! Just as they have “paid it forward,” so can you as you join other members of your graduating class by contributing to an area you are passionate about.

Established in 2018, the Senior Class Gift Campaign already has raised more than $3,000 towards important areas at Lawrence Tech, including the Annual Fund, student support, and emergency student needs. Led by the Student Philanthropy Council and the Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement, the Senior Class Campaign is your opportunity to leave a mark on those programs or areas that are most meaningful to you.

Who should give? All graduating students from the classes of 2021 and 2020 are encouraged to participate. 

How much should I give? You can contribute any amount that is personally significant to you. What matters most is your participation. Small gifts can add up and make a huge difference!

Those who make a gift of $20.20 or $20.21 or more in honor of their grad year (depending on your class year), will receive a special royal and light blue philanthropy cord to wear at commencement, a senior class gift button and your name on our donor wall. 

For those that give at the $10 level, you will receive a senior class gift button and your name on our donor wall. 

What fund should I support? We encourage you to give back to an area you are passionate about. This could be student life, your individual college, or an athletic team. 

Some featured funds that past donors have given too include: 

• Annual Fund: This fund supports the areas of greatest need for emerging opportunities, scholarships, technologies and more.
• LTU Scholarship Fund: Pay it forward and support student scholarships. 
• Student and Campus Impact Fund: Gifts to this fund will directly impact LTU’s immediate needs caused in times of difficulty, and/or unforeseen times.
